What are Bible Candles?
Bible Candles are premium, hand-poured candles that feature 15 hidden bible verses related to a unique spiritual theme beneath the wax on the inside of the jar. With each 3-4 hour burn, a new bible verse is revealed as the wax burns, helping you grow a deeper connection with God.
How many different candle themes are there?
At the moment, there are four unique spiritual themes: Life, Love, Faith, and Strength. New themes will be released in the future.
How long does it take for the hidden verse to be revealed?
The bible verses hidden on the inside of Bible Candles will begin to be revealed after just minutes of your candle being lit. The full verse will reveal itself after every 3-4 hours of burn time.
What is the burn time of Bible Candles?
Bible Candle provide 60+ hours of burn time.
What do they smell like?

What are Bible Candles made from?
Bible Candles are made from a premium, all-natural, chemical-free blend of coconut and soy wax. This natural blend provide a rich, beautiful candle experience. The wicks of Bible Candle are 100% cotton.
Where are Bible Candles made?
Bible Candles are hand-poured in small batches in USA.
Can the jar be recycled?
Yes, it is made entirely from glass. But be sure to completely clean it of wax and remove the wick prior to recycling. The jar can also be repurposed around your home.
What size are the candles?
Bible Candles weigh 14oz and are 6 inches (h) x 3 inches (w).

My order is incorrect, what should I do?
Firstly, we apologize. Please email us at care@biblecandles.co and we will fix the mistake and arrange the correct product(s) for you.
My candle is damaged, what should I do?
Email a photo of the damaged candle to care@biblecandles.co and we'll get a replacement out to you.
How can I return my candle?
We only accept returns and exchanges for unlit candles in their original, undamaged packaging. We also want you to be 100% satisfied with your product so if you have any issues whatsoever, please email us on care@biblecandles.co.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
Do you have special offers for multiple purchases?
Yes. When you purchase two or more Bible Candles, you will receive free shipping to anywhere in the USA.
Can I purchase in bulk for my family, church or congregation?
Bulk orders are available for churches, retreats, weddings, corporate gifting, and any other occasion that calls for multiple candles. Email care@biblecandles.co with your quantity and timeline and we'll put together pricing for you.
Shipping
How will my product be shipped?
Order before noon EST on a weekday and your candle ships that same day. After noon, it goes out the next business day. Either way, expect delivery within 2-4 business days once it's shipped.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. You will be provided with a tracking number via email once your purchase is completed and packed for shipping. You should receive your tracking number within 1-2 business days of purchase (unless you have opted for expedited shipping).
When will my candle arrive?
Orders ship within 1-2 business days. From there, standard shipping takes 3-5 business days to most locations. Ordering for a specific date? Expedited options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We're really sorry, but we don't currently ship outside of the United States.

What do I do if I received the wrong product or something is wrong with my order?

My candle came damaged. Can I exchange it?
We're sorry your experience didn't go as expected. Send us the details at care@biblecandles.co and we'll make it right — usually within one business day.
How can I return or exchange my order?
Returns and exchanges are available for unlit candles in original, unopened condition. If something isn't right with your order before you've lit it, email care@biblecandles.co and we'll sort it out.
